THERM-O-TYPE
has tested the Freedom Foil Process using a 9300 and a 9600 Okidata printer.
To the best of our knowledge, running this process using Freedom Foil
laminating films, has not caused any problems with these printers or
affected their normal operation.
Different printers use different mechanical and electronic configurations with different toners, fusing temperatures, etc.. As a result, it is impossible for THERM-O-TYPE to determine the suitability of any given printer for short or long term use with the Freedom Foil Process. THERM-O-TYPE accepts no responsibility or liability for damage to any printer that is, or is thought to be, damaged while using the Freedom Foil Process. THERM-O-TYPE accepts no responsibility or liability for lost income, replacement parts, components, consumable, repairs or replacement of any printer that is, or is thought to be, damaged as a result of using the Freedom Foil Process and/or Freedom Foil laminating films. Further, THERM-O-TYPE does not warranty the quality, consistency or suitability of any product produced using the Freedom Foil Process or Freedom Foil laminating films. Customers are solely responsible to determine if, and how, they wish to use the Freedom Foil Process and/or Freedom Foil laminating films with their printers. Customers who purchase and/or use the Freedom Foil Process and/or Freedom Foil laminating films accept all potential liability for use of the process and materials, and for the suitability of the products produced with the process and materials. Distribution of information advertising the Freedom Foil Process and/or Freedom Foil laminating films, providing technical information concerning the Freedom Foil Process and/or Freedom Foil laminating films, and/or providing samples produced using the Freedom Foil Process and/or Freedom Foil laminating films must not be considered a warranty or endorsement of the suitability of the process and/or materials and/or products produced by same.
