THERM-O-TYPE Pocket Folders can be printed using offset, laser printers or using
traditional foil stamping/embossing equipment. When producing very small
quantity orders, customers often use laser printers. Many customers find
that foil fusing is an excellent “value added” process that can be used to
increase the value of these products.
The PF-001 style panel folders are currently available in 80 lb. Super
Smooth white stock. This style folder has a cover that does not exceed 8
1/2" wide and is designed for customers using small format laser printers.
The PF-005 style presentation folders are currently available in a Premium
Gloss, white stock. This style folder has a full width cover and requires a
larger format laser printer.
THERM-O-TYPE PF-001 and PF-005 folders require assembly after imprinting.
Each cover features a scored “hinge” edge that wraps around the back of the
folder. An adhesive strip on the back of the folder is used to secure the
cover in place. The end result is a high quality presentation folder that
can be quickly, easily and profitably produced for small quantity and just
in time orders.
Both folders have a finished size of 8 3/4" by 11 3/4" and are sold 100
folders per box or 400 folders per carton.
Finished folders fit into standard 9" by 12" envelopes.
