THERM-O-TYPE Powder section, Powdering section applies powders to various
substrate materials. This equipment is most commonly used in the heat
transfer industry.
The photo above shows the 20" wide Stand Alone Powder System. A 30"
wide model is also available.
All Stand Alone Powder Systems include a powder hopper with a micro
adjusted, dual stream discharge. Excess powder is vacuumed off the
substrate and recycled into the powder hopper. Conveyor speed, vacuum
strength, powder flow and the vacuum clearance gap can all be easily
adjusted by the operator as required.
Various infeed and outfeed conveyor configurations are available to
meet specific customer requirements.
