A special formulation has been developed for Thermo-Safe powder that
eliminates many of the problems customers have experienced with other
laser proof powders. Thermo-Safe has a "no clumping" formula and does
not require special storage (refrigeration) or shipping.
While existing laser proof powders often don't melt out to a smooth
finish, Thermo-Safe powder melts out smooth, remains flexible, doesn't
shrink and provides a high gloss finish.
Thermo-Safe characteristics allow large image areas to be thermographed
without the fear of excessive shrinkage or cracking.
THERM-O-TYPE currently sells Thermo-Safe powder in 1, 5 and 10 pound
containers only.
Thermography Powder
THERM-O-TYPE thermography powder is the of the high quality available,
at prices consistently lower than competitive suppliers. Orders may be

"Thermo-Safe" Powder
THERM-O-TYPE now stocks a clear, high gloss thermography powder called
"Thermo-Safe" that is suitable for thermographed products that will be
run through copy machines and laser printers. The new powder is
currently only available in #14 granulation and requires UV curing.
