The ThermoTech15 features heavy duty construction, precise operator
controls, energy efficiency, enhanced mechanical and electrical safety
features, high productivity and durability. Maintenance requirements
have been minimized to reduce unproductive down time.
The ThermoTech15 is sold with a dual hinged infeed, an
electro-mechanical clutch controlled infeed conveyor, a cooler which has
been pre-configured to accept a UV curing lamp, and a CE compliant low
voltage safety circuit as standard equipment. A unique paper eject
system is also included to improve paper delivery.
A high capacity powder hopper uses a micrometer adjustment to provide a
precise dual stream of powder onto the sheet. Powder flow can be
adjusted to create a 12" or 15" wide powder flow.
The pick-up head features large diameter "trackless" wheels to reduce
the potential for paper jams and powder tracking on the sheet. To
protect the sealed pick-up head bearings, exterior seals are installed
on both sides of each bearing. A unique operator side adjustment allows
the operator to adjust the gap between the pick-up head and the wide
rubber belt as required. Vacuum suction can be adjusted and vacuum
exhaust is directed through a discharge filter bag.
Large diameter conveyor rollers mounted in self aligning bearings with
grease fittings drive the stainless steel conveyors throughout the
machine. Large diameter conveyor rollers decrease rotational speed and
increase power transfer to the conveyor chains. To minimize conveyor
wear, a patented "Drive Guard" feature decreases conveyor speed during
standby periods. During operation, conveyor speed is controlled using a
DC variable speed control.
The heavily insulated 66" long heat tunnel provides excellent dwell and
over 12,000 watts of heat. Dual tracking heat control assures precise
temperature control while protecting the heater elements from stress.
Delivery end heater height can be adjusted as required.
A CE compliant low voltage safety circuit is used on the ThermoTech15.
This circuit combines dual emergency stop switches, low voltage power
supply, "fail to safe" relay and a safety reset button. Indicator
lights, push button and switch color and codes meet safety regulations.
ThermoTech models are the only automatic thermography machines available
which currently incorporate these important features.
The ThermoTech15 features a three year warranty that is the longest and
most comprehensive currently available on any thermography machine
