All tinsel is 1 1/4" diameter, and made with 100% copper strands mounted
on a copper wire core to ensure a positive ground. For best results
position tinsel 1/8" to 1/4" from static affected surface. Tinsel MUST
be connected to a conductive point (metal) on the machine that is
grounded. Replace tinsel when it becomes contaminated with foreign
material, matted (copper strands damaged) or when the strands become
oxidized. Contaminated, matted, oxidized or ungrounded tinsel will not
function correctly.
