An
optional delivery conveyor is now available for the Zip-A3 cutter/slitter. The delivery conveyor option can be easily installed on all Zip-A3 machines. A “On”, “Off” and “Auto” switch is provided. Older Zip-A3 machines, that are not wired for the delivery conveyor, cannot use the “Auto” mode. A wiring harness can be installed in older Zip-A3 machines for customers who require the automatic interface. New Zip-A3 cutter/slitters are pre-wired so the delivery conveyor can function in the “On”, “Off” and “Auto” modes. The optional delivery conveyor offers improved product delivery from the Zip-A3. The conveyor also reduces workload by allowing continuous operation and easing product collection by the operator. The delivery conveyor is especially useful when producing pre-numbered tickets which don’t always stack uniformly in the standard “bin” delivery used on the Zip-A3. The optional delivery conveyor has a separate power cord and is available wired for 120 or 240 volts.
