THERM-O-TYPE CF-2015 continuous foil stamping press capabilities include foil stamping, foil and blind embossing, die cutting, "kiss" cutting, perforating, numbering, hole punching, crash imprinting and forms correcting. Using the holographic foil registration option, holograms can be imprinted.

The Super CF-2015 is an extremely important production tool for the label, continuous form, stationery, and security industries.

Up to 8,400 impressions per hour can be produced when running a 3 1/2" paper advance. Super CF-2015 features include: DC speed control, electronic heat control, count down counter with interrupt, impression pressure control, micrometer paper registration, a single adjustable mechanical foil draw, built in refolding paddle, centralized lubrication system and much more. Maximum web width is 15". Maximum impression width is 14".

The Super CF-2015 uses a computerized paper registration control. This control allows even or un-even repeat lengths to be run. Registration resolution is 150 or 160 steps per inch depending on customer requirements.

The THERM-O-TYPE, Holographic Foil Registration option is available for the Super CF-2015.
